"I really wanted to love this..."
I really wanted to love this, but the moment I put it on, it felt like the beginning of a small personal struggle. It sits kind of awkwardly on my chest, and the plastic has that slightly cheap feel that makes you question how long it’s going to hold up. It does work, so it’s not a total disaster, but for the price, I was expecting something way more comfortable and solid. Not awful, just disappointing.

"Simple to set up and user-friendly"
I got it set up quicker than I expected, and to me the app feels straightforward to use. It’s laid out in a way that makes sense, so I didn’t really have to overthink anything. Every now and then it takes a moment to connect, which is a little annoying, but not a huge deal. Overall, I’d say it’s easy to use and does what I need without much hassle...

"Delivery was late and I never got any real help"
From my experience, the delivery showed up late and support didn’t really help at all. I kept waiting for an answer, but I still haven’t heard anything useful back

"I tried it hoping my sleep would..."
I tried it hoping my sleep would get better, but it didn't change much for me. I still was waking up and not feeling that rested, so yeah, not a big improvement in my case.

"Didn’t really take the edge off"
It felt nice enough, maybe for a little while, but I’d say my anxiety was still bad overall. I was hoping it would calm me down more than it did.
